Performace workout in interval training con massima sollecitazione muscolare e cardiovascolare!

Quasi 40 minuti di allenamento con esercizi impegnativi con focus tonificazione di gambe e glutei ad alta intensità.
Faremo 4 blocchi di lavoro con esercizi ad alta sollecitazione muscolare e cardiovascolare come varianti squat jump e varianti squat con poche pause.

Sono presenti molti esercizi di livello avanzato dove è richiesta la massima precisione di esecuzione
